Returns & Refund Information
If you purchase a Clearance item online or by telephone, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law. To cancel, please notify us in writing within 14 days, and return the item within a further 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. We may make a reasonable deduction if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Clearance items purchased in person at our showroom are sold as inspected and are not eligible for return unless faulty. Made-to-order or bespoke items are not returnable once production has begun.
