Design Consultation Booking Terms

Our design consultations are offered free of charge and are typically held in our Cranbrook showroom, unless an alternative format is agreed in advance.

By booking a consultation, you are reserving dedicated time with a member of our design team. We kindly ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Where a consultation is missed without notice, we reserve the right to limit or decline future consultation bookings. This helps us ensure availability for other customers.

We understand that genuine emergencies arise and will always take circumstances into account.

These terms apply to consultation bookings only and do not form part of our sales terms.
