Brand & Marketing Lead

Salacia are looking for a creative and competent individual to join our team and help shape the role of content for Salacia during our next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will take ownership of day-to-day social media, light paid search and content creation across a wide spectrum of channels and formats, while working closely with the senior team to bring clarity, consistency and authority to everything we communicate. You will collaborate with third-party specialists, Salacia’s clients and the internal sales team to ensure our marketing supports commercial growth. From storytelling and PR to campaign direction and brand partnerships, your focus will be to position Salacia not just as a supplier of beautiful bathrooms, but as a trusted design authority known for expertise, credibility and long-term value.

We are looking for someone commercially aware, confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, and comfortable being embedded within a growing business.

Key areas of responsibility: 

  • Lead and shape Salacia’s brand positioning, narrative and tone of voice
  • Own day-to-day social media and oversee content across multiple channels and formats
  • Plan and deliver purposeful marketing campaigns aligned to commercial priorities
  • Support and guide light paid search and paid social activity in collaboration with specialists
  • Develop compelling project stories that demonstrate expertise, not just aesthetics
  • Build brand visibility through PR, partnerships and industry relationships
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, retail and projects teams to ensure marketing supports revenue growth
  • Collaborate with third-party creatives, agencies and partners where required
  • Contribute to the development of a structured, scalable marketing function
