Finance Manager
Salacia is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and help drive the business through its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role with real influence – turning numbers into clear insight and building the financial discipline needed to scale the business properly. Over time, the role is designed to develop into Head of Finance.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Full ownership of management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting
- Commercial insight across Retail, Trade Counter and Projects, including margin and profitability analysis
- Oversight of VAT, compliance, year-end processes and external accountants
- Improving finance systems, reporting and processes across the business
- Working directly with the MD to support better commercial decision-making
