Head of Finance

Salacia are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance to join the senior team and support the business through its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will own financial control, cashflow and commercial insight across the business, providing clear, timely information to support confident decision-making.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Ownership of financial control, management reporting and cashflow forecasting
• Commercial insight across retail, trade and projects, including margin and performance analysis
• Oversight of compliance, VAT, year-end processes and external accountants
• Development of finance systems, processes and reporting discipline
• Leadership of the finance function and partnership with the Managing Director
