The Project
Nevill House is a collection of seven luxury apartments in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, developed by Beau Property. The scheme was conceived with the end buyer firmly in mind, with the bathroom specification forming a central part of how each home would be experienced and sold.
All seven apartments were sold off-plan, with buyers completing and moving in simultaneously – a mark of the confidence placed in the development from the outset.
The Brief
Beau Property came to Salacia with a clear ambition: to deliver bathrooms that felt genuinely luxurious while working within a tighter budget than previous projects had allowed. The challenge was to maintain the quality and considered detail that defines a Beau Property home without stretching the specification beyond what the scheme required.
As with all their developments, the bathroom brief was established early – before work began on site. Mood boards and a detailed design vision were agreed at the outset, ensuring every product decision was made in the context of the finished home.
Salacia’s Role
Salacia led the bathroom package from initial concept through to delivery on site, working as the designer and specification partner throughout. The process began with mood boards and layout drawings, developed in close collaboration with Beau Property’s in-house designer, before moving into detailed product specification for all seven apartments.
The scope covered walk-in shower kits, brassware and sanitaryware requirements through to final finishing details. Alongside the specification, Salacia supported the programme with scheduling guidance, call-off planning and coordination between trades to keep installations on track within the wider construction timeline.
Our Solution
The final specification brings together an established palette of high-quality brands whose designs and material qualities are well-suited to the demands of modern residential living, with significance placed on longevity at every stage of the selection process.
Salacia sanitary ware was selected for its quality and timeless design. Coalbrook Zurich and Domo brassware in brushed brass were chosen for durability and luxurious design aesthetic. Cleargreen Verde baths and Flair ETO shower enclosures were specified across the development, both well-regarded for their durability in residential environments.
Results
Salacia delivered the full bathroom specification for Nevill House on time and within budget, completing the project in April 2026. The package covered seven luxury apartments, all supplied through a single coordinated programme from specification through to installation.
Bathrooms are central to how we sell our homes. When somebody walks into a show home and sees a bathroom that reminds them of somewhere they've loved on holiday, that makes a sale a lot easier. Salacia understand exactly what we're looking for and bring us the right products to achieve it - and that saves a huge amount of time and cost.
