The Plumbing Counter is our merchant business, supplying plumbing, heating and drainage products to installers, maintenance teams and site managers across Kent and the South East.
It sits on the same site as the Salacia showroom, so a job can be specified, priced and collected in one visit. Our counter team are helpful and practical. Bring a part number, describe the problem or show us what you need, and we will help you find the right solution.

Trade counter stock is deliberately deep rather than broad. We hold the parts that keep jobs moving, not a catalogue you have to wait for.
Boiler spares
We stock service packs for the major domestic boiler ranges - identified at the counter from your appliance GC number.
Heating & controls
Boilers, cylinders, radiators and towel rails, thermostats, zone valves, programmers and smart controls.
Pipe, fittings & plastics
