Designed to work harder
A guest forms a view of the room from the bathroom, usually within a minute of arriving. That room then has to take heavy daily use for years, cleaned hard, by people who did not choose the finishes. A product that photographs well and fails in month eight costs you far more than the saving.
We have specified and supplied at volume since 2019, for developers, contractors and design practices working to fixed opening dates. Our own furniture is made in Britain, which is how we solve repeat room types and awkward plans without waiting on an importer.

Commonly asked
Can you work to an interior designer’s existing specification?
Often that is the brief. We price the schedule as drawn, flag anything that will not survive heavy guest use, and put alternatives next to the original so you can choose. We never substitute quietly.
Can you value engineer against a fixed budget?
Yes. One estimator prices every room grade in the scheme, so a saving in a secondary bathroom can be spent where guests will see it. Both options are costed before anything is ordered.
How do you handle phased handovers?
We hold goods in Kent and release them by floor, block or plot as the site calls them off, so finished rooms are not storing boxes for a contractor who is not ready.
What lead times should we plan for?
Catalogue brassware and sanitaryware usually run four to eight weeks. Made-to-measure furniture is quoted per project. We work backwards from your opening date and tell you early if a line will not make it.
Do you support the building after handover?
We keep the full specification on record and support it through our trade counter, so cartridges, seals and finishes can be matched for maintenance or a later refurbishment.
