Super Yachts

Exceptional bathrooms. Designed for life at sea.

We specify and supply bathrooms for superyacht new builds and refits, working closely with designers, yards and project teams to bring the brief together.

From the initial specification and material selection through to supply and delivery, we coordinate the detail behind the finished bathroom, combining considered design, trusted brands and furniture made to fit the space exactly.

Why yachts are different

A discipline of its own

No two yachts are the same. Space is limited, dimensions are rarely straightforward and every element needs to work within the wider design and build.

We understand these constraints and work closely with designers, yards and project teams to create bathroom schemes that balance design intent with the practical demands of life at sea. From carefully selected finishes and fittings to furniture made around the space, every detail is considered as part of the whole.

Scope

What we handle

We take care of the detail behind the finished bathroom, working from the wider design intent through to the products and furniture that bring it to life.

The project

Private Client, H2 Yacht Design

Every yacht presents a different brief. For this project, we worked alongside H2 Yacht Design and Venture Yachts to develop a bathroom specification that responded to both the design direction and the practical requirements of the vessel.

Working from the agreed interior concept and material palette, we selected the bathroom products and finishes to create a cohesive scheme within the available space.

The result is a bathroom that feels considered as part of the wider yacht interior, while meeting the practical demands of the build and delivery programme.

Made in Britain

Furniture made to the drawing, not the catalogue

Salacia furniture is designed and made in our own British workshop, so we can create made-to-measure pieces around the available space, developed as part of the wider bathroom design. This gives greater freedom to achieve the right proportions, storage and finish without compromise.

And because we manufacture in our own workshop, we have a closer relationship with the process from drawing through to finished piece.

Questions

Commonly asked

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We consolidate the order in Kent and ship to the yard, with the packing schedules and export paperwork the delivery needs.

Can you work to an interior designer’s existing specification?

Often that is the brief. We price the schedule as drawn, flag anything that will not last in a marine environment, and put alternatives next to the original so you can choose. We never substitute quietly.

What lead times should we plan for?

Catalogue brassware and sanitaryware usually run four to eight weeks. Made-to-measure furniture is quoted per project. For a refit we work backwards from your dry dock date and hold goods until the window opens.

Which finishes hold up best at sea?

It depends on the brand and the plating. We will tell you plainly which finishes we would put on a yacht and which we would not, based on what we have seen come back.

Can you supply replacement parts years later?

We keep the full specification on record and support it through our trade counter, so cartridges, seals and finishes can be matched rather than guessed at.
