The Project
Beau Property specialises in bespoke, luxury homes, and their Whitecroft Gardens development in Southborough delivers seven four-bedroom properties, each with between two and three bathrooms plus a cloakroom.
The emphasis for this project was on sourcing and specifying the highest quality products, with aesthetics, tactility and refined detailing that would bring Beau Property’s designs to life.
The Brief
The brief was to deliver bathrooms with a clear identity that added genuine value to the homes and provided a “wow factor” for prospective buyers. Whilst tiles, lighting and flooring were delivered separately, the specification needed to integrate seamlessly with the wider interior scheme, whilst balancing statement design features with long-term durability and usability.
Salacia’s role:
Working in partnership with Beau Property Salacia led the specification, pricing and delivery of the bathroom packages, and in addition to product specification, Salacia designed and manufactured bespoke vanity units for the principal suites. This dual role as both specification partner and manufacturer enabled a more integrated approach, ensuring consistency across the scheme and a smooth transition from design through to delivery.
Our Solution
Gessi Brassware
Gessi brassware formed the foundation of the specification, selected for its strong architectural form and design pedigree. Emporio Antique Brass products are used in the principal suites and Finox Brushed Nickel in secondary spaces, complementing the understated colour palettes of each scheme.
Salacia Furniture
To elevate the principal suites, Salacia designed and manufactured bespoke solid oak vanity units with contemporary fluted detailing, introducing warmth and texture and designed for both visual impact and day-to-day usability. Individually hand crafted in East Sussex by Salacia’s own joinery, each piece features soft-close drawers, and considered internal storage.
Results
Whitecroft Gardens was delivered on programme and within budget, with over 70% of the development sold or reserved shortly after completion. Following the success of the project, Salacia continues to work with Beau Property on future developments, including Nevill Terrace in Tunbridge Wells.
When we were a much smaller business we used smaller bathroom suppliers, who didn’t necessarily understand development, but Salacia get it.
