Salacia is looking for a fast, accurate and customer-focused Trade Counter Sales professional to deliver a first-class service to our trade customers and keep our Cranbrook counter running at pace.

Reporting to the Trade Counter Manager, this is a front-line commercial role – not just a serving role. You'll combine product knowledge, order accuracy and sharp customer handling to serve customers efficiently, process orders correctly and protect margin, all while keeping the counter well-run and well-presented.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Professional, efficient service on all trade enquiries, quotations and counter sales
• Margin protection through correct pricing discipline
• Stock, goods-in ordering and counter presentation, kept to a high standard
• Growing existing account spend and building strong trade relationships
• Accurate stock takes and stock management
